    This event is subject to Bailiff's Permission and COVID-19 Restrictions. In the instance, that the event cannot go ahead or needs to be postponed either due to permissions not being granted or due to restrictions imposed by the Government of Jersey, all event tickets will automatically be transferred to the next scheduled event date. Refunds in the event of a postponement will be given at the event organisers discretion, there is no contractual entitlement to a refund. If a guest can no longer attend the event, for any reason, including due to COVID illness, no refund will be given.

    The event will operate in line with the COVID government guidance and policies, this could include mask wearing indoors, distancing, limiting numbers etc. Event attendees will be advised nearer the event time of any COVID related policies or restrictions that may apply.

    The organisers reserve the right to request that attendees declare their vaccination status, provide evidence of a negative lateral flow or PCR test within the previous 72 hours or to undergo a lateral flow test as part of the conditions of entry to the event (subject to current Government of Jersey guidance).

    Doors to the event will open at 5.00pm
    Food will be served at 6.00pm
    First bout will be 8:00pm
    No tickets will be available for purchase on the door
    Last entry to the event will be at 8.00pm

    There is free parking on the event site, however guests are encouraged to book a space on one of the provided coaches. All cars MUST be removed before midday on Sunday. Guests that are not driving, and have not book a space on the coach are requested to arrange carriages for 11.45pm.

    Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25. Each adult must have responsibility for no more than two under 18's on the evening. ID's will be checked by security on entry to the event and the organisers operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy.

    The organisers wish to advise that all bags / jackets / purses will be searched on entry to the event. The organisers also reserve the right to search ‘person’. Searches will be carried out by trained security personal.

    The organisers have a zero-tolerance policy on anyone trying to bring alcohol into the event, no drinks are allowed to be brought into the event, including water. Any attendee that attempts to bring alcohol into the event will have it confiscated and may be denied entry to the event. Water will be available at the bar.

    Any attendee that attempts to bring any illegal substance into the event will have the contraband removed from their possession by security, will be denied entry to the event and local authorities will be notified. We operate a ZERO tolerance policy on drugs.

    The event will operate on a one-time entry only – once you are in the venue, if you leave the venue, you will not be permitted to return so please ensure you bring all your belongings in with you at the time of entry. An outside area will be available for smokers throughout the evening.

    Coach tickets will be available for purchase for travel from St. Helier to the venue and a return trip back to St. Helier.
